Fri. 4/6/12 PRIVATE SCREENING

Just a quick update to let everyone know that the Private Screening for the movie was very exciting. This was the first time that anyone has ever seen the movie.  Everyone gave excellent feedback. Don't take my word for it.. check it out yourself....

Sat. 3/24/12 WHERE ARE WE UPDATE

I know, I know.. i haven't updated in a while, that's because we have moved into the "Promotion/Marketing" phase of the movie.  Here's a little update; Sat. March 31, we will have our first "private screening" for the movie.  We hand picked a select few to view the movie, and they are extremely exciting to see it.  (keep your fingers crossed). Yesterday we opened the movie booth for viewing at the Tulsa Apollo Talent show in Tulsa.  We had many people inquiring about the movie, and seeing people in the cast that they know.  We will also be at the Greenwood Culture Center tomorrow Sun. March 25 for the car & comedy show starring "Scruncho".  So if you can please come out and support this event and while you are there.. Stop by the "Sharon" booth to pick up some special treats.  Thanks to Ms. Kristi Williams for allowing us to come and setup.  In our "P&M" phase we will focus on film festivals and our target audience.  So please do me a major favor and just share this site with your friends. www.sharonthemovie.com.  And if you would like to help us promote please shoot me an email, info@marqlewis.com and I will provide you with flyers and posters. Mon. 2/6/12 TRAILER REVIEWS

Sun. 1/23/12 Trailer & Complete Movie Reviewing

Today I saw the completed movie for the 1st time and I will tell you that I am truly impressed with the acting and the story line.  We still have to do some final "small" edits to get it ready for the festival runs, but it's very refreshing to say the least to be apart of this ground breaking, history making process.  We are also building the storyboard from the Trailer.  Hopefully, (keeping our fingers cross) we can have it finished this week.  Thanks again guys for all the hard work

Sat. 1/8/12 ADR (Automatic Dialogue Replacement-AKA overdubs)

There were some sections of the film that needed some ADR's so we went into the Studio Recording Bus to do some audio recording.  We had a great time and the actors had a great time learning about the process of movie making. Doing ADR's take some work so we all got our feet wet.. (smile) ... There are more ADR's that will be updated soon!
